“Choosing to embark on this journey has truly been transformational, it has shifted the way I relate with myself and others for good. It's a lifelong journey, but feeling myself coming alive again from within and stepping into this internal space of peace & power is so liberating. Thank you for embodying how this work can be a gentle flow, with space, expansion, and allowance for dots to connect on no specific timeline. I am left so inspired, fueled and nourished! Thank you.”

THE TRAUMA-CONSCIOUS PARENT

As leaders and facilitators bringing a Trauma-informed approach to our work, it is important that we create a space for continued learning, processing, and refinement of our practice. In this special two part workshop, we will meet with the parental intention of understanding our own trauma wounding and how to begin the epic journey of containment and  transformation so that  we do not pass it on to our children.

Some of the areas we will explore include:

  • Day 1 (half day)

  • The nature of intergenerational trauma and healing

  • Maternal Trauma

  • Paternal Trauma

  • Paradigm-shifting parenting

  • Day 2 (full day)

  • Power dynamics

  • Divine Rage

  • Unconditionality vs conditionality

  • Conscious partnership and evolutionary family systems

Come prepared to lean into the collective unconscious, meet your heart with a new kind of compassion and set intention for deep healing and intergenerational liberation.  The session will include conceptual sharing, group discussion, somatic inquiry/meditation, journalling and intention setting.

This is the kind of healing work that echoes through the cells of our babies and grandbabies.

Cost:

Day 1 only $350

Day 2 only $650

Day 1 and 2 $1000 [Early Bird before 15 November $900]

(Day 2 is only available to past day 1 participants)

“Through this program, I feel like I have grown in awareness about how trauma impacts us, individually and collectively. Today, I can recognize more easily, the expressions of trauma in myself and others ,and the way it impacts them, especially on a relational level. I developed new lenses, that make me see the world differently: more conscious, compassionate and loving. This program also inspired me to work on myself to embody the peaceful presence I want to be and see in the world. As this work is a process, I left this program more committed to this process than ever before. I recommend this program to anyone who desires to be a healing presence in the world, who wants to contribute to a world of peace and love.”
