SOMATIC GROUP SUPERVISION
Deepen your practice. Stay embodied. Learn in community.
Somatic practices are still relatively new to the world of therapy. As we apply them to our integrated practice, it is important we continue to evolve and hone our approaches through regular mentorship and support.
Relational therapies are growing in popularity. We now know that attunement is one of the most powerful agents of healing. In order to adopt a relational approach to care, we need to understand how to counter past harm in the present, the way transference presents, as well as our tendency to counter transference. And to do this… we need to reflect on our practise within safe, supportive practitioner-led relationships.
Somatic Supervision Group sessions are for practitioners who want to stay grounded, grow skills, and stay attuned to what clients truly need. And make sure that they are in touch with their own themes for continued healing and inner work.
Over 12 months, we meet for a 2 hour deep dive every second month to ensure consistency and spaciousness.
