Do you want to lead with more intelligence?

Do you want to go deeper into your own self-mastery?

Do you want to show up as a healing force, rather than a re-traumatizing one?

Human Intelligence Leadership Program is a journey of unearthing all our unconscious trauma and bias-fuelled relating tendencies, and re-patterning ourselves to become the resources we need.

In order to co-create a kinder, more intelligent world, we need to go back to the beginning, meet our origins of threat and exclusion, and co-create a new template for living, relating and creating that stems from safety and belonging.

Human Intelligence Leadership Program is a 4 module program.

Over the course of this 4 module program we will:

  • Look deeper to roots of trauma as essential to addressing mental health, burnout, inequity & exclusion and systems change

  • Draw on foundational human intelligence though a kaleidoscope of psychology, science, somatics and spiritualty

  • Co-create a conscious environment for collective healing

  • Integrate 12 relational philosophies for social change

  • Explore innovation, regeneration and system design from a baseline of peace and power.

  • Pivot the way we perceive, relate and express

At the end of the program we will be empowered to:

  • Create trauma-informed safe space, systems and dynamics

  • Understand and address triggers and disputes with deeper intelligence

  • Champion authenticity & vulnerability in ways that are trauma-informed and safe

  • Communicate with  the meta language of peace and power (this takes non-violent communication to a new level)

  • Put the concept of capacity building into practice

  • Relate with more than words – tap into nervous system mastery, non-verbal communication and decode unconscious connotations and subtext

  • Relate in ways that are empowering, and mitigate potential re-traumatization

  • Spot signs of threat, survival and adaptation, and course correct towards safety, peace and evolution.

  • Develop cultures and systems with a conscious blueprint primed for sustainability, belonging and innovation.

This is big work!

It all begins with our own self-mastery.

We begin by learning how to contain our bias and trauma, and harnessing our presence to promote authentic, sustainable and collaborative change.

Our choice to go deep and do the hard work will be the thing that takes us where we want to go.

There’s no bypass.

Expect to turn inwards, open new perceptive pathways, engage in experiential exercises and personal processing. Together, we will create a room full of golden mirror that call eac other to both greater compassion and accountability.

Words of Appreciation and Praise from Past Clients

“The workshop was thoughtfully structured and paced with intention. Natalia considered how to best facilitate it in a way that met our collective needs. There was room for some somatic exercises, vulnerable sharing and discussion, practical advice and tips, resulting in a rich embodied learning experience for all. I would highly recommend Natalia / Illuma Health for any practitioner wishing to integrate trauma-informed care within their work and practice.”

Jolene (Director, Chapter Zero)

“I thought I was trauma-informed before, but now I know I am. This program was much more complete than any other trauma-training I’ve done. ”

“The way Natalia speaks about trauma touches me deeply. It’s like she’s inside my head.”

“I feel inspired to continue my own healing and be a force for good in the world.”
