Do you want to lead with more intelligence?

Do you want to go deeper into your own self-mastery?

Do you want to show up as a healing force, rather than a re-traumatizing one?

Human Intelligence Leadership Program is a journey of unearthing all our unconscious trauma and bias-fuelled relating tendencies, and re-patterning ourselves to become the resources we need.

In order to co-create a kinder, more intelligent world, we need to go back to the beginning, meet our origins of threat and exclusion, and co-create a new template for living, relating and creating that stems from safety and belonging.

This is big work!

It all begins with our own self-mastery.

We begin by learning how to contain our bias and trauma, and harnessing our presence to promote authentic, sustainable and collaborative change.

Our choice to go deep and do the hard work will be the thing that takes us where we want to go.

There’s no bypass.

Expect to turn inwards, open new perceptive pathways, engage in experiential exercises and personal processing. Together, we will create a room full of golden mirror that call eac other to both greater compassion and accountability.

Words of Appreciation and Praise from Past Participants

“Through this program, I feel like I have grown in awareness about how trauma impacts us, individually and collectively. Today, I can recognize more easily, the expressions of trauma in myself and others ,and the way it impacts them, especially on a relational level. Over the 3 months of this program, I developed new lenses, that makes me see the world differently: more conscious, compassionate and loving. This program also inspired me to work on myself to embody the peaceful presence I want to be and see in the world. As this work is a process, I left this program more committed to this process than ever before. I recommend this program to anyone who desires to be a healing presence in the world, who wants to contribute to a world of peace and love.”

“Choosing to embark on this journey has truly been transformational, it has shifted the way I relate with myself and others for good. It's a lifelong journey, but feeling myself coming alive again from within and stepping into this internal space of peace & power is so liberating. Thank you for embodying how this work can be a gentle flow, with space, expansion, and allowance for dots to connect on no specific timeline. I am left so inspired, fueled and nourished! Thank you ”

Coen Tan Participant

“This course is for those who are ready to go within, to look deeper and observe what and why has been holding us back both in our personal and professional lives. It's a discovery journey that helps us befriend ourselves just as we are, including the darker side. The course helped me acknowledge that we will mess up but as long as keep showing up, we will be able to heal our past hurts with love and compassion and live a fuller and more purpose-filled life. At the end of the day, "we're born to be real, not perfect!" Here's to making this world a better place, one safe interaction at a time!”

Dianne Hummal Participant

“The Human Intelligence leadership course led by Natalia Rachel was highly experiential and intellectually stimulating. The learning and practices she led us through, combined with the safe space created allowed me to make sense of my experiences and knowledge. It provided a platform for me to explore some of the trauma in my life, in the comfort of a like-minded community. I hope to be able to continue the journey of healing, both for myself and for the people I can impact through my work.”

About Natalia

Natalia Rachel

Writer | Poet | Speaker | Facilitator

Natalia Rachel is a writer and innovator who helps us understand how to heal and co-create a kinder, more intelligent and connected world. Her work weaves together the healing arts, the creative arts and education, and continues to have intersectional impact across industries. It inspires a greater understanding of our human experience, why we behave the way we do, and how to move the needle individually, and collectively through unearthing our innate primordial intelligence. Her belief is that the more of us who heal, become embodied and self-aware, the more swiftly our world will transform for the better. Her current mission is to bring healing work to new spaces in ways that are creative, accessible, and transformational. As a creator and facilitator, Natalia is known for her words and voice that speak straight to the heart, wake up the spirit, and curate a field of greater compassion and capacity. Her work always lives and breathes on both the somatic and relational planes. Her ability to bring us into greater felt sense, and a deeper relational awareness continues to welcome deeper healing, epiphany and the kind of shifts that we often seek but can’t access. Her following is truly global, and she has had the opportunity to speak and teach in Asia, USA, Europe, and Australia. Natalia engages as a keynote speaker, leadership trainer, consultant and runs several open programs that attract participants who are committed to serving, leading and relating in ways that heal, as well as their own continued healing work. Natalia’s first book ‘Why Am I Like This?’ is out now with Penguin Random House, and inspires a shift in the way we think about who we are, and how to live in ways that heal rather than harm. She’s currently writing her second book ‘Love Sex Poetry Peace’ which explores the ways we give and receive love in the modern world. Natalia is also a prolific poet, and writes two columns for Singapore mega publication ‘Her World’. Commencing her career in the clinical space as a practitioner and clinical director, Natalia made strides in developing Asia’s first integrated somatic trauma clinics. Aside from bringing much needed alternative therapies to greater access in Asia, Natalia also shone in the realm of eco-system building, communicating with key stakeholders and building a vision-oriented strategy that was practical to implement. During her time in Asia, Natalia saw the need for more education and healing spaces that were both trauma informed as well as human centric and accessible. Her teaching career began with professional development for clinicians, expanded to healthcare leadership and personal and community-based programs that would allow those outside the clinical world opt into their own healing process. Natalia is the proud recipient of several awards for her purpose-driven work including The Women Icon’s Asia Award and the World Women Leadership Award. Currently Natalia resides in Sydney Australia, where she is exploring how art can become our greatest healer. ‘The Living Poetry Project’ pilot program, in conjunction with University of New South Wales, inspired youths to explore their relationship narratives through group process and poetry, and received praise across the board. The muti-media experiential process will serve as a point of departure for future projects in Australia and abroad. Illuma Health continues to operate as the healthcare division of Illuma Vision, Natalia’s multimedia and production company that produces programs for purpose and media for mankind.
